You will be joining at a partner level, one of 4 in our leadership team, with the goal of building our design team from scratch. We expect amazing digital design , strong hands on experience, drive, and good people skills to potentially hire 3 other designers to your team by mid-summer 2020.

We are expanding our product development capabilities. Key to make that happen is design. We are hiring someone that can start at a partner level, building our first designs hands on, while having potential to grow into a leadership role within a very tight timeframe.

We are mostly looking for UI design. Experience in related areas like communication, illustration, animation, frontend development or copywriting is a plus. Quality is mandatory but we are happy to invest in unquestionable potential. You will be asked to build your own team within 4-6 months so people skills are mandatory.
