Role

We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Operations Manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for improving our operational performance including both our supply chain as well as our technology solutions and compliance. You will work to manage the entire supply chain and our operations to enhance our business and ensure cost-effectiveness, sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Directing and coordinating production, pricing, sales, and distribution of cameras

• Forecasting demand for materials / products

• Creating supply plans to ensure the availability of materials

• Evaluating performance data to make appropriate decisions regarding productivity, cost control, and improvements

• Analyzing inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste and optimize customer service

• Evaluating and contacting suppliers and determining the effectiveness of same

• Managing activities related to transportation, purchasing, inventory control, and warehousing

• Ensuring regulatory compliance e.g. data protection/GDPR 

• Driving implementation of critical technology solutions such as ERP, data-warehouse, BI, etc

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years in a operational/supply chain leadership role

• Proven experience within Operations/Supply Chain or similar leadership role

• Familiarity with all business functions including supply chain, IT, and compliance

• Experience with implementing IT systems

• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

• Good with numbers and financial planning

• Analytical mind

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
