Job Duties

• Collaborate closely with engineers, QA, project managers and customers to build out your designs.

• Craft scenarios, user flows, wireframes and working prototypes that clearly communicate design intent to all users.

• Take the lead in developing Locate a Locum's brand identity and advance the companies wider UX vision for its product line.

• Work with engineering to establish a design system and UI framework that can be integrated strategically throughout the product line.

• Work on both new and existing products at an exciting time as the company prepares to move into new markets.

• Deliver high-fidelity wireframes that can be handed off to engineers for immediate execution.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on SaaS-based products.

• A portfolio of products you've helped to create.

• The ability to craft immersive experiences for both web and native mobile experiences.

• Experience with design suites such as Sketch, Invision, Axure etc.

• The ability to create inclusive products that are accessible for all.

• Lead and nurture the ongoing collaborative process between designers and engineers.

• Some experience with writing HTML, CSS and presentational JavaScript
