Operations Specialist

Salary DKK 35,000 - DKK 40,000

As an operations specialist in Falcon, you will help us administer and maintain our processes. You will aid us in building and running our operations, thereby improving efficiency within the RnD team. You will be using new technologies to solve hard problems in a friendly and encouraging work environment. You will also be encouraged to share your experience and knowledge, sparring with your colleagues to grow together!


What you’ll do:

You will be helping us utilize our Atlassian tool suite, to its maximum efficiency, while making sure we adopt the best practices. You will also ensure all our systems are well-integrated without any issues.

 

Additional responsibilities you will grow into:

You will work with R&D to understand the critical issues that need attention with a data-driven approach. You will then translate this information into KPIs that the Product Managers can value. You will start playing a pivotal role in business decisions, help us understand the cost of operations, and direct us on which aspects of the product needs to be developed and maintained.

 

How you will do it:

Owning the administration and maintenance of our Atlassian tool suite

  • Including JIRA, Confluence, Questions for Confluence and Service Desk

  • Streamlining and grooming the setup and content

  • Defining and ensuring that new and existing integrations run well

 

Agile transformation and progress tracking

  • Drive efficiency within R&D by utilizing Agile best practices and providing observability of the R&D processes, including quality, velocity, and utilization

  • Working as part of R&D Operations team, building the foundation for a smooth operations experience

 

Communication and collaboration

  • Facilitate transparency, communication, and quality of service between R&D and the rest of the organization

  • Onboarding and evangelizing of existing tools and ways of working within Falcon

 

What you have:

  • 2 plus years in a similar industry

  • Sufficient knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, Service Desk)

  • Understanding of agile SDLC and experience.

  • An understanding of key metrics in SaaS product data

  • An understanding of process metrics and indicators

  • A passion for helping people succeed with technology

  • A strong aptitude to learning new systems and tools and to quickly pinpoint ways in which to use technology to assist in solving business problems

 

Extra points for:

  • Experience working in a highly Agile organization involving several teams

  • Experience with business process management or delivery management is an advantage

  • Experience in Project Management practices is desired

  • Basic programming knowledge is desired

 

NOTE: We are not expecting you to be an expert on all accounts but have sufficient knowledge to get hands-on with the above tech-stack.
