Lydify is creating a self-sustainable marketplace for sound effects. We're targeting anyone who has and/or is working with sound, in any format. Sound effects are used in video and film, in soundtracks and almost any piece of work that involves audio. The quest is to simplify the basic day-today tasks of people who work within a field where sound effects are used. Amateurs can also draw use of the platform, being able to discover a vast amount of sounds that fit perfectly to their projects.

I started this project a year ago. It came very close to launch, however some other opportunities came in the way and the project was paused.

I am now starting it back up again. This means that there's currently no office space (yet) and I am assembling a team who wants to help bring the concept to life.

The job

This is an unusual job post, as I am looking for someone to come in and take the reins on the project.

As the CEO your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading the project in the right direction

• Oversee the day-to-day work

• Manage financial matters

• Recruit and hire interns and employees

• In charge of raising funding, alongside me

• Engage in, establish and maintain potential partnerships

You will step in as a co-founder, but lead the company.
