Airtame is looking for a Technical Support Manager, EU to steer our ambitious growth and long-term aspiration as the world’s preferred wireless screen sharing solution.

You’ll be responsible for strategically growing our Support teams (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) in Copenhagen and Budapest and build our support strategy to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations together with our Support Manager, US and Head of Customer Success.


Tasks:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage our team based in Copenhagen, and soon Budapest.

  • Ensure our daily delivery of fast and excellent support including our SLAs with key customers.

  • Provide technical support and training through online channels and occasionally on-sight for resellers and large clients.

  • Strategically scale our team across multiple locations and create processes for handling Enterprise customers during pre-sales and guide to successful implementations.

  • Analyze and channel customer insights from the Support team to relevant internal teams to improve our product and overall customer experience.

  • Work closely with Sales and Success to help close deals and set our customers up for long term success.


Requirements:

  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in handling support through clear written and verbal English communication.

  • You have experience leading, managing, and scaling a team.

  • You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and see customers succeed from using our solution.

  • You have a deep understanding of using customer service tools like Zendesk, Desk, or Intercom.

  • You are tech-savvy and understand fundamental network principles.


Bonus points:

  • You have experience remotely scaling and leading teams across multiple locations.

  • You have worked in technical support and know the fundamentals of troubleshooting and bug reporting.

  • Experience with business technology and network environments.

  • Experience with content writing for creating self-help articles and tutorials for our customers.
