We are looking for an exceptionally structured, clever and friendly intern to join our Customer Experience team.

Customer experience is a fundamental part of Organic Basics. Our Customer Love agents provide our customers with exceptional service and bring the voice of the customer into the company.

Your daily tasks at OB will include:

• Acting as the voice of Organic Basics on the front lines, delivering best-in-class, delightful customer experiences via phone, email, live chat, and social media

• Contributing to the improvement of the online customer experience

• Becoming a product and process expert

• Solving lost package issues and handling daily communication with our warehouse

• Representing the voice of the customer within OB; categorizing insights and educating the rest of the company about the customers’ experience

• Identifying metrics to track and ensure those metrics are linked to business outcomes

About Organic Basics:

Organic Basics is a Copenhagen-based brand making underwear, activewear and everyday essentials in organic cotton and recycled materials. We started as three guys from Denmark and now have over thirty-something people from over twelve nationalities in our office. Being a young brand can be challenging work (and no day is ever the same) — but the rewards can be quite awesome.
