The general scope of your responsibility will consist of:
Coordinating & developing the organisation’s impact measurement processes
Managing data collection using qualitative & quantitative research methods (registrations, feedbacks, & surveys)
Working across teams to gather information and report findings
Providing support to events team in registrations, participant communication, sign-ins and feedback collection
Supporting the efforts of the finance, data and tech teams in KPI measurement and reporting
Energised and driven by subjects such as talent development, diversity in tech and the Shortcut mission
Ambitious, willing to grow as a researcher, consultant or project manager, and seeking to demonstrate your abilities in business development
Passionate about data-driven decision making
Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Structured and organised, you have a method to your madness
Able to respond to challenges by generating results, getting feedback, and improving based on that feedback
Platform to showcase your ability and increase your employability
Hands-on experience with measuring social impact, data management processes and conducting research
