The task of a Project manager include:

• Being in charge of planning, delivering and reporting project(s) within the health startup sector

• Communication and marketing of the projects, being in liaison with multiple organizations

• Idea generation related to the organisation’s activities and events

• Content management of the website and social media

• Forming new and maintaining the old partnerships, making sure the needs of the partners are met

Conditions:

• Full-time job or Part-time job (flexible hours)

• The contract is first for a fixed 6-8 months term, with the possibility of extending it to 12 months and more

• Office in Helsinki

Qualifications needed

• Strong English and Finnish skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset - open and positive attitude, and hunger to learn more

• Good communication skills in writing and speaking

• Skills to handle overlapping projects simultaneously

• Good networking and teamworking skills

• Experience from and/or interest in health & wellness, startups and project coordination a plus

• Reporting skills are a plus

• Skills in basic marketing tools (for example MailChimp, Wordpress and Eventbrite, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) a plus

Upgraded is a non-profit association for health & wellbeing startups and innovations in Finland, founded in 2012. We are an active community of over 60 health startup members and dozens of partners and other friends. Our goal is to make sure that startup innovations have an established role in society as a source of health and wellbeing solutions. No good health innovation should be lost due to the lack of knowledge about it.
