Who are we looking for?

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a smart, diligent and ambitious student worker to join our Operations team in the Copenhagen office. Operations is laser-focused on scalability and effectiveness across the entire commercial process from Lead Generation and Marketing, across Business Development and Sales to Customer Success & Delivery.

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will work closely with your team and the Sales Operations Manager, helping to design, improve and maintain a diversity of processes and systems across almost every part of the business.

No day is the same; you will need to think on your feet, proactively seek out information, prioritize projects and run operational tasks. Hacks are great, but scalability is better.

You will work in a supporting role, but this is a small team and there is a lot of room to grow.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working as an administrator in our CRM (SalesForce), as well as other commercial systems, helping to ensure data health and system scalability.
  • Help design and manage commercial processes for the entire commercial organization.
  • Ad hoc tasks on everything from market analysis and sales performance reporting to bug fixing in our systems and helping to create presentations for board meetings.

 

Ideal candidate:

  • Drive - Ambition, dedication to excellence and a strong work ethic.
  • Concise communicator - Quick to get to the point.
  • Integrity - Take responsibility for your projects but don’t be afraid to ask for help.
  • Problem solving - Passion for finding the most elegant solution to any problem
  • Structured thinking - A mind for technical logic and syntax is also a plus.
  • High Microsoft Office proficiency – Especially Excel but also Powerpoint.
  • International mindset - At the last count we had 40 different nationalities, so fluent English is a must.
  • Education - Currently doing a bachelor’s degree or early in your master’s degree within a business-related field.
  • Previous experience - any commercial role is a plus but not a requirement.

 

Prior knowledge of CRM systems or SalesForce specifically is not required. We will help teach you what you need to know.
