To support 1nfluencers expansion we are looking for a motivated individual with some Customer Success experience striving to grow within an organization. The focus of the team is on building a strong relationship with our customers. Starting during the implementation phase with a customer onboarding program and increasing the activities post-go-live, we actively interact with customers through meetings, training, forums, sharing best practices and providing advice to ensure the customer's launch and continuously use and optimize the journey with 1nfluencers.
