As an Account Manager with us, we give you great opportunities to manage your own agenda, work very purposefully and get a short way to KAM and then Sales Manager.

The person we are looking for are used to work with own responsibility and can be setting your own agenda.

At the same time you will always be given you support in all situations you feel you need.

The role includes sale of our Insight analytics tool( http://www.buildflow.io/tjanster/insight ) and Connect integration & procurement service( http://www.buildflow.io/tjanster/connect ).

In this role you will also be a key part of creating a large sales team organisation in both Sweden and other international markets coming years.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily sales work in Sweden at first(soon will responsibility grow to other markets)
  • Define methods and routines for sales work in consideration of market needs.
  • Responsible for new customers and later our main customers as well and negotiations with these.
  • Ensure that price negotiation and product information are in place and continuously updated.
  • Establish vital customer relationships to maximize brand visibility and earnings.
  • Start building the sales team for the whole organisation.
  • Design sales goals and continuous follow-up of sales targets.
  • Build network and identify key people in industry.


Experience and education

  • Experience from the construction industry is an advantage.
  • Experience from B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Large business focus and knowledge of all parts of the sales process is needed.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Experience working actively in a CRM system.
  • Language both Swedish and English.

  • Excellent communication and negotiating ability.
  • A strong desire to win - both professional and private.
  • Actively building and developing collaborations and agreements.
