I am a real estate investor looking for investment opportunities in variety of ventures. experience spans 30 years in the oil and gas industry, including 7 years as chief financial officer for Matrix Oil & Gas, Inc., an operator engaged in the acquisitions and exploitation business in the Gulf of Mexico and onshore Louisiana. Matrix merged with a subsidiary of Denbury Resources Inc. in July 2001 in a transaction valued at $163 million. As CFO,I was responsible for all finance and administrative functions including the development and implementation of corporate strategy and negotiating strategic transactions. Following the Denbury/Matrix transaction, I founded Tammany Oil & Gas LLC and continues today as its President. My previous experience includes 5 years as a crude oil and gas liquids trader with The Louisiana Land & Exploration Company.
