Opportunity identification: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Relationship building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and partners, positioning Meo as a top choice for RegTech solutions.
HubSpot mastery: Expertly manage and track all prospective client interactions and sales activities in HubSpot, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to qualified lead.
Strategic outreach: Utilize LinkedIn and other social platforms for effective networking and outreach, crafting messages that resonate with our target audience.
Collaboration with sales and marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, share insights, and refine messaging to increase conversion rates.
Market insights: Gather feedback and insights from interactions with potential clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Experience in business development: 1+ years of experience in a business development or similar role within the tech, SaaS, or RegTech sectors.
HubSpot proficiency: Demonstrable experience with HubSpot CRM, using it to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze data to guide business development strategies.
LinkedIn networking expertise: Proven ability to leverage LinkedIn for building professional relationships, prospecting, and generating leads.
Communicative prowess: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the talent to engage and inspire confidence in potential clients.
Results-oriented: A history of achieving or surpassing business goals, with a keen focus on generating new business opportunities.
Team collaboration: The ability to work seamlessly with team members across departments, contributing to a unified growth strategy.
