We are currently onboarding our first customers on the in-house built MVP solution. However to scale this operation we are looking to expand the founding team with highly-ambitious talents.

What you bring
Strong tech background with knowledge of Python
Experience in working with agile frameworks
Experience from startups and/or scaleups is a plus
Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing is a plus
There will be a lot of hands-on tasks in the first period, however there is tech skills in the team that can help.
Help scale from pre-seed to series B and beyond
Build the company strategies and financial projections
Plan for expansion to global markets
Manage hiring process and build a strong core team
Manage key objectives and metrics

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Experience from HealthTech startups and/or scaleups
Enthusiastic leader with proven track record
As a co-founder you are expected to take part in all aspects of the company. At current stage roles and responsibilities are fluent and the ressources needs to be prioritized.
